Metro Bank discrimination against YOU if you do not speak fluent English! ....stop systematic racisam in the name of policy.

Living in Bromley or London in most my life I have never in counter or come cross a a policy that have

and took my contact details for the manager to call me. Afterwards Pasha called me over and informed that he cannot not proceed with the process as the person applying my (aunt) couldn't understand some of the questions well therefore we should bank elsewhere.

I requested to speak to the management of the bank from another member of staff who called a guy who is name was Charlie, Charlie advised the branch manager is not here and he is acting on her behalf, Charlie again repeated the Bank policy which was exactly what Pasha have said

We have visited the local branch the next day at Bromley High Street and sat down with one of the bank staff with the name Pasha on his name tag although he had never introduced himself to us professionally. The reason I was with my aunt was to help her translate the questions
