I tried to skip customer io by building my own lifecycle emails. The branching took a weekend. The plumbing , identity stitching, the convert mid wait race, frequency caps, took two months. Not to mention the shit load of data to handle. That gap is why I am building GetFluxly.
@icanvardar Now I get fatigue just from explaining to the AI. If there’s a way for the AI to magically read the mind, that would be great. Also it feels like coding is easy sometimes cause I’m not constantly explaining it to a LLM.
Why has the discussion around AGI died down. It was the hot topic for a while and now it’s all government regulations and tokenomics.
Did we as a society just accepted AGI can’t be created and made peace with it?
AI generated sound always feels robotic to me and easily recognisable.
But AI video tho, some of them feels more real than real.
I don’t know why the gap exists.
@Guronnimo If you're starting from scratch then X would be a better place.
If you already have some credibility/following then reddit people are the most loyal and good place to be in.
If you want to post cringe then go to linkedIn.
These are my unique visits to my landing page.
I used to market consistently on reddit. Stopped posting, from about June 30, due to my birthday and possible pivot in the app.
The results are showing, the traffic has practically died down.
Being consistent is the KEY.
@SimonHoiberg I mean I use supabase for both the auth and db, it works stupidly good. And vercel only for static pages. Hetzner for the actual app. I don’t see a problem or issue except migration from supabase in the far far future.
Did anyone notice, claude silently dropped the sonnet only limit from the weekly limits, now it will be bundled with all models. Tokenomics is going to be the next huge thing guys.
If your website has .vercel or .netifly, it’s an immediate no for me.
At least buy a cheap domain, unpopular domains are really cheap and the name matters way less in the initial stages anyway.
The domain with good TLD always looks trust worthy.
Postiz is on $145k MRR!
Right now, we are growing by $1k MRR per day (some days are better) and will probably hit $2m ARR this week.
But how can Postiz be growing that fast?
What about the competitors?
Why do some of them even struggle to pass the $1k MRR?
This is my point of view on the subject.
But it relates to everyone.
Try to listen. It might help you with your startup.
Are we getting closer to AI singularity?
Claude is making it seem like that. Damn, it’s like I need to find out what it can’t do at this point. INSANE.
New feature coming to GetFluxly.
Users can now chat to create automations(fully context aware about the website, traits used, naming conventions and design language), no longer needed to fiddle with the drag and drop builder, just prompt and reiterate until you hit it.
Users can also create custom segments, templates again fully context aware, using just chat.
Also everything is still deterministic only, just the creating part has been handed off to LLMs, so, no random fire offs and probabilistic automations.
Feature will be live on GetFluxly in the coming few days.
Exciting stuff!
