Today we say goodbye to an SCCL and @MadeleyCC legend, Craig Simms.

The work that Craig did for both league and club is quite truly amazing, but more importantly we will miss his sharp wit and humour!

Having initially being a fundraising match, we felt that it was an appropriate opportunity to instead hold a memorial game, celebrating the life of Craig Simms

Whilst fulfilling many of the jobs which often go unnoticed in cricket, Craig always made sure everyone was greeted with warmth, a smile & some fantastic banter.

Craig will be deeply missed by everyone, not just at the club & across the whole of Shropshire cricket.
