@KLeeAshton @randgmom @rdpiazza Interesting because covering a full 12-14 weeks if your doctor clears you at 6 or 8 is not how insurance works... I was granted 8 weeks for a c-section. Dr cleared me at 7 weeks and I had to go back to work. STD is insurance, not a guaranteed amt of time off.

@KLeeAshton @randgmom @rdpiazza Correction: short term disability covers your MEDICAL RECOVERY from birth. It does not cover your entire maternity leave. It covers you until your doctor medically clears you to return to normal activity.

it’s never gonna not be wild to me that actual doctors with actual degrees where they spent significant portions of their lives studying infectious diseases can give warnings about covid & people who are not actual doctors can hear them & be like “well here’s why you’re wrong…”

@AmberSevart Ours took the opportunity of us all being home to charge us petty af fees for things like “leaving a pet on the patio while you’re inside ($150)”, raised our rent, etc..... THEN used that money to upgrade everything as if everything is normal 👀
