The CPA protects consumers from unfair trade practices and exploitation. It also provides a platform for consumers to file complaints and receive compensation.. @SamsungIndia is depriving consumer of its rights and forcing the consumer to pay excess amount.

@PralhadJoshiOfc @JoshiPralhad @jagograhakjago Respected Sir, After about 10 days just now I received a call from @SamsungIndia head office and the officer on duty said that their company doesn't provide spares for their appliances and don't allow customers to repair their appliances after the expiry of warranty period. Besides that the company officials say that they will repair my appliance and charge almost 6 times money for the same. The total cost of drum seal , drain pipe and water hose from detergent tray(defective parts) is INR 1008/- inclusive GST. Whereas the company officials asked me to pay the cost of the whole drum assembly which is costing about INR 6000/- as per the company officials. Kindly direct the company officials to provide me defective spares and redress my grievance ASAP.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungIndia Visited your service centre today . They say all the spares are available but they can't be provided to the customer as per the company policy. what type of policy is this where customers don't have the right to repair their appliances themselves ? @jagograhakjago

@SamsungIndia If a bearing in a washing machine is defective then drum assembly replacement is required ? Once a fault can be rectified by spending upto 1000 Rupees why customers are being forced to pay INR 6000/- Is this the correct way of treating a customer ? @jagograhakjago

Honorables, The air quality index in district Mahendergarh has gone down to 150. Therefore you're requested to review the physical classes suspension orders and allow schools to have regular classes w.e.f tomorrow i.e. 25.11.2024.

@cmohry @NayabOffice @NayabSainiBJP Honorable Sir, I humbly and respectfully wish to lay down following for your kind consideration and speedy favorable action.
Nowadays, in Haryana the schools have only about 165-170 working days in an academic year. Due to which the studies are being compromised, thus our students are lagging behind. Keeping the career and education of the students in mind you're requested to amend the holiday calendar for schools across the state. The students must take classes for at least 220-225 days in an academic year like southern and central states. This will give a boost to the education level of the students. In winters the school timings can be changed according to the weather conditions i.e. from 10:30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. rather than having winter holidays. There should only be national holidays for the school children. There's one more thing which you're humbly requested to look upon. Our state is only the state in India where school children are being treated as passengers. The state has enforced passenger tax on school buses. You are requested to abolish passenger tax levied on school buses.

बच्चे यात्री नहीं होते। शिक्षा हेतु विद्यालयों के वाहनों का उपयोग करते हैं। उनकी यात्रा को कर मुक्त रखा जाना चाहिए। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने भी यात्री कर लगाया था लेकिन विद्यालय संचालकों के निवेदन करते ही तुरं�� हटाया था।
