This may seem like common sense, but it’s a misperception that comes from our innate programing, 3 and which is continually reinforced by cultural conditioning. As we practice mindfulness, however, we accumulate more and more evidence that things are very different from what we believed. In particular, the thoughts, feelings, and memories we associate with a sense of self are seen more objectively, revealing themselves to be constantly changing, impersonal, and often contradictory processes occurring in different parts of the mind.
The most valuable effect of mindfulness is that it allows Insight experiences to sink in, radically reprogramming our intuitive view of reality, and of who and what we think we are.
These are Insight experiences. When mindfulness allows them to sink in on an experiential level, it profoundly reprograms our intuitive view of reality,
transforming a person in a wonderful way. If we believe we’re separate selves who need certain external things to be happy, we’ll spontaneously act out of that territorial feeling, causing harm to ourself and others. As paradoxical as it may seem, the craving to avoid suffering and pursue pleasure is the actual cause of suffering. But when we let go of our self-centeredness, we automatically act more objectively, for the good of everybody in each situation. Then, we will have discovered the true source of happiness, and the end of suffering. This is how mindfulness overcomes sorrow and grief, and brings release from all suffering.
You may be understandably skeptical about what I’m saying. You may even doubt that such a transformation is desirable. That’s all right. Use the
illuminating power of mindfulness to explore these very questions. Are “you” your thoughts? Are “you” your feelings? Keep asking these questions. As your meditation improves, you’ll find out for yourself.
A METAPHOR FOR THE LEVELS OF MINDFULNESS
Here is a metaphor to help you remember the different levels at which mindfulness works. Say you regularly walk in the countryside along a narrow trail with a thorn bush growing alongside it. As you start practicing mindfulness, you become present enough in daily life to recognize your options and moderate your behavior. So, you’re able to dodge the thorn bush, keeping your face from getting scratched or having a thorn rip a hole in your shirt. This is the first level of mindfulness. Yet, the thorn bush will still be there, and if you aren’t mindful tomorrow, you’ll get snagged then. In other words, nothing changes in the long-term. There is no magic involved in this kind of mindfulness.
The magic only starts when mindfulness begins to work at the second level. When you’re mindful enough in daily life, and for long enough and often enough, then consciousness can communicate the actual context and consequences of your conditioned reactions to their unconscious sources. This produces real change. It’s like trimming the branches of the thorn bush hanging across your path. However, it can take a lot of trimming to clear the path, and new branches are always growing to replace them.
This thorn bush has many trunks that grow from a single root. The special magic of the third level of mindfulness—the kind that happens on the cushion—is like cutting off an entire trunk at the root. When it’s gone, all its branches and thorns go with it, not just the ones that happened to grow into your immediate path. And every time you purify an aspect of your deep conditioning in meditation, another major trunk is removed.
Yet, if the tree’s root still survives, new trunks can grow back. Unless you remain vigilant, you may find that the path once again becomes overgrown. Only the fourth level of mindfulness—the Insight of Awakening—will finally destroy the root, meaning the thorn bush never grows back.

How Mindfulness Works (Cont.)
LEVEL THREE: REPROGRAMMING DEEP CONDITIONING
In daily life, even if we’re mindful every moment, unskillful conditioning can only get reprogramed when something triggers it. So, while it’s essential to practice in daily life, mindfulness in formal meditation is even more effective, because we don’t have to wait for something to trigger an unconscious program to practice with. Instead, when our minds grow stable and quiet, all kinds of deep memories, thoughts, and emotions that drive our unconscious programs can come to the surface. Then they can be purified by the illuminating power of mindfulness.
Mindfulness in meditation can accomplish more than the piecemeal process of confronting conditioning in daily life. Conditioning that emerges in meditation drives a wide range of reactive behaviors.
The reprogramming that occurs in meditation also transforms the way we think, feel, and act in more radical and broadly effective ways. That’s because
the unconscious conditioning that emerges is of a more fundamental nature, driving a wide range of reactive behaviors that would otherwise require many different triggering events. Conditioning of such a fundamental nature usually remains deeply hidden, but can surface in the stillness of meditation. Therefore, the application of mindfulness in meditation can rapidly accomplish much more than ever could be by the piecemeal process of confronting conditioning in daily life.
To really understand and appreciate this deep purification of mind, it helps to consider how past experiences shape and condition our lives in the present. Recall that every experience leaves an imprint in our minds. The more emotionally powerful the experience, the stronger the imprint. Most of us have a large “backlog” of imprints from emotionally charged or traumatic events that don’t fit in with the person we’ve become. These unresolved pieces of our personal history remain deeply buried in the psyche. Often, they are too painful or involve too much internal conflict for us to confront and resolve head-on. The events themselves may even have been forgotten, but the unconscious conditioning they left behind influences our behavior in ways we often don’t recognize.
Some of our conditioned reactions may help us, but many don’t. And even helpful conditioning can appear at inappropriate times or in inappropriate ways. Consider, for example, the psychological challenges many war veterans face on return to civilian life, when previously useful combat training gets in the way of re-adjusting to the everyday world. This is because, whenever our past conditioning is triggered, it creates strong emotions that drive us to behave in specific ways. Each person’s conditioned behavior—the way he or she typically acts and reacts—is absolutely unique. In fact, what we call “personality” is precisely this set of behaviors. And while having personality is a wonderful thing, most people have personality traits that aren’t particularly useful. Some traits are simply harmful. But with mindfulness, we can purify that deep conditioning and change our personality for the better.
This purification occurs mainly in Stage Four, but also at Stage Seven.
LEVEL FOUR: MINDFULNESS, INSIGHT, AND THE END OF SUFFERING
Unquestionably, the most valuable effect of mindfulness is its ability to radically reprogram our deepest misconceptions about the nature of reality, and about who and what we are. Our gut intuition tells us we’re separate selves in a world of other people and objects, and that our individual suffering and happiness depend on external circumstances.

9. Topological Quantum Computing in Orch OR
Quantum processes in Orch OR have consistently been ascribed to London forces in tubulin hydrophobic pockets, non-polar intra-protein regions, e.g. of π electron resonance rings of aromatic amino acids including tryptophan and phenylalanine. This assertion is based on (1) Fröhlich’s suggestion that protein states are synchronized by electron cloud dipole oscillations in intra-protein non-polar regions, and (2) anesthetic gases selectively erasing consciousness by London forces in non-polar, hydrophobic regions in various neuronal proteins (e.g. tubulin, membrane proteins, etc.). London forces are weak, but numerous and able to act cooperatively to regulate protein states (Voet and Voet, 1995).
The structure of tubulin became known in 1998 (Nogales et al, 1998), allowing identification of non-polar amino acids and hydrophobic regions. Figure 9 shows locations of phenyl and indole π electron resonance rings of non-polar aromatic amino acids phenylalanine and tryptophan in tubulin. The ring locations are clustered along somewhat continuous pathways (within 2 nanometers) through tubulin. Thus, rather than hydrophobic pockets, tubulin may have within it quantum hydrophobic channels, or streams, linear arrays of electron resonance clouds suitable for cooperative, long-range quantum London forces. These quantum channels within each tubulin appear to align with those in adjacent tubulins in microtubule lattices, matching helical winding patterns (Figure 12). This in turn may support topological quantum computing in Orch OR.
Quantum bits, or qubits in quantum computers are generally envisioned as information bits in superposition of simultaneous alternative representations, e.g. both 1 and 0. Topological qubits are superpositions of alternative pathways, or channels which intersect repeatedly on a surface, forming ‘braids’. Quasiparticles called anyons travel along such pathways, the intersections forming logic gates, with particular braids or pathways corresponding with particular information states, or bits. In superposition, anyons follow multiple braided pathways simultaneously, then reduce, or collapse to one particular pathway and functional output. Topological qubits are intrinsically resistant to decoherence.
An Orch OR qubit based on topological quantum computing specific to microtubule polymer geometry was suggested in Hameroff et al. (2002). Conductances along particular microtubule lattice geometry, e.g. Fibonacci helical pathways, were proposed to function as topological bits and qubits. Bandyopadhyay (2011) has preliminary evidence for ballistic conductance along different, discrete helical pathways in single microtubules.
As an extension of Orch OR, we suggest topological qubits in microtubules based on quantum hydrophobic channels, e.g. continuous arrays of electron resonance rings within and among tubulins in microtubule lattices, e.g. following Fibonacci pathways. Cooperative London forces (electron cloud dipoles) in quantum hydrophobic channels may enable long-range coherence and topological quantum computing in microtubules necessary for optimal brain function and consciousness.

On the morning of September 7, 2021, he told me that he and select US Army colleagues were participating in multiple missions to the Moon on advanced shuttle craft using Nordic extraterrestrial technologies shared with US Space Command and built on Earth. In an article published on May 26, 2018, I recounted an incident where JP met with one of these Nordics working with the US military and took a photo of the spacecraft. [347] JP said that while his Army colleagues were having their memories wiped, he remembered everything about the Moon missions. He described the shuttlecraft as very similar to a Nordic spacecraft that he had witnessed in Brazil in 2008, soon after which we began communications.
JP described the Moon shuttlecraft as fully autonomous vehicles that were a combination of human and extraterrestrial technology remotely controlled from the Moon and Earth, depending on where the craft was transiting. The principle is similar to an airport shuttle, but in this case the craft was shuttling military personnel very quickly forth and back to the Moon for defense and construction projects.

Chapter 10
Liberation of the Moon (Cont.)
The critical question that now emerges is whether there is independent evidence that the Moon was liberated by the Galactic Federation, as claimed by Danaan.
We do know that at the end of 2020, during the Trump administration, there was a surge in activities concerning the Artemis Accords aimed at creating a multinational space coalition that sought to first establish colonies on the Moon before starting Mars colonies. The NASA website for the Artemis Plan outlines its plans for the Moon and Mars:
With Artemis missions, NASA will land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon, using innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before. We will collaborate with commercial and international partners and establish the first long-term presence on the Moon. Then, we will use what we learn on and around the Moon to take the next giant leap: sending the first astronauts to Mars. [341]
NASA's Artemis Plan target date for the first manned mission was 2024, but this has been pushed back to 2025 under the Biden Administration. The Artemis Plan envisages creating a space station in the Moon's orbit (the Gateway) before building the first permanent base at the Moon's South Pole:
In this drive toward a more robust human lunar enterprise, NASA, U.S. industry, and our global partners will establish the infrastructure, systems, and robotic missions that can enable a sustained lunar surface presence. To do this, we will expand the Gateway's capabilities, gain high confidence in commercial lunar landers departing from the Gateway, and establish the Artemis Base Camp at the South Pole of the Moon. [342]
While NASA's Artemis Plan gives no date for when the first base will be built on the Moon, Russia and China announced their own multinational plan for manned Moon missions and to create a joint "International Lunar Research Station" by 2036. [343] The fast-tracking of the return of humans to the Moon by 2025 under the Artemis Plan is highly suggestive of changes happening on the Moon, which allowed humans to return there and build permanent colonies. Something had clearly changed about how the Moon was being operated—this is compelling circumstantial evidence in support of Danaan's claims.
Further corroboration for recent major changes on the Moon comes from one of my sources who currently serves with the US Army and performs covert off-world missions, JP—a pseudonym to preserve his anonymity. I have worked with JP since 2008 and spent hundreds of hours recording his experiences. In 2017, I first went public with his testimony that was backed by hundreds of photos he shared with me, some of which were published and are available online. [344] What was unique about JP's information was that he was encouraged to take photos of antigravity vehicles in the vicinity of MacDill Air Force Base near Tampa, Florida, home of US Special Operations Command, by covert personnel belonging to Air Force Special Operations.[345] One of the Air Force operatives befriended JP and encouraged him to enlist in the US military so they could work more closely with him. JP decided to enlist in late 2018 and began serving in January 2019. He has since had two main roles in the Army. The first is as a quartermaster and chemical repairer, which is part of his Military Occupation Specialty (MOS 91J). The second is performing off-world missions with the covert operators from Space Command. I have documentation proving JP is currently serving with the US Army and has completed special forces training (necessary for covert space missions) along with the training required for his quartermaster and chemical repairer MOS.
