@ClashofClans Why can't we have actual help with recovering a lost base? The in app process is very frustrating when you get banned from your own account for "trying to access an account that doesn't belong to you". Supercell please get your act together and fix this process

@supercell But we still can't get actual help with recovering a lost COC base. What is the point of the base recovery tool when you put all the information in and it says base can't be recovered? But also no-one wants to help me get my base back. I give al the information asked with proof
