@thegarybrecka Cutting out as much sugar, and processed foods I can. Cutting out all alcohol. (With the very odd glass of good red wine). Hiking 8 km 3-4 times a week. Lifting weights 2-3 times a week. Mid to late fifties I’m one of the only people I know who isn’t on high blood pressure meds.
