مسیر ۳۰ روزه کلاود برای کسب‌وکار فارسی.
از «چت روزانه» تا «سیستمی که خودش کار می‌کند».

هفته اول: پایه‌ها.
هفته دوم: اتوماسیون.
هفته سوم: ایجنت‌ها.
هفته چهارم: درآمد.

نقشه کامل. ذخیره کن.

📅 هفته ۱ | پایه‌ها

روز ۱: یک فایل CLAUDE.md بنویس. سه خط. کار، مشتری، ممنوعیت.
روز ۲: اولین Project در کلاود. CLAUDE.md رو آپلود کن. System Prompt: «قبل هر پاسخ CLAUDE.md رو بخوان.»
روز ۳: راهنمای صدای من رو بساز. ۱۰ نمونه متن قبلی + پرامپت استخراج DNA لحن.
روز ۴: اولین Artifact بساز. یک ابزار ساده. مثل «تولیدکننده کپشن اینستاگرام».
روز ۵: پرامپت پاسخ اولیه به مشتری. Setup در کوورک.
روز ۶: پرامپت تولید ۷ پست هفتگی.
روز ۷: بازبینی هفته اول. آیا این چهار Setup داره استفاده می‌شه؟ کدوم گیر داره؟ update کن.

📅 هفته ۲ | اتوماسیون

روز ۸ تا ۱۰: پیگیری فروش خودکار.
روز ۱۱ تا ۱۳: گزارش هفتگی کسب‌وکار.
روز ۱۴: بازبینی و پاکسازی. Setup‌های استفاده نشده رو حذف کن.
هدف: سه ساعت بازکش زمان روزانه تا پایان هفته دوم.

📅 هفته ۳ | ایجنت‌ها

روز ۱۵ تا ۱۷: ایجنت پشتیبانی.
روز ۱۸ تا ۲۰: ایجنت محتوا.
روز ۲۱: بازبینی. هر ایجنت چطور کار می‌کند؟ کدوم بیشترین سود رو داشت؟
هدف: تعریف روشن از «کدوم کار من هست، کدوم کلاود».

📅 هفته ۴ | درآمد

روز ۲۲ تا ۲۴: ساخت اولین محصول کوچک با کلاود (پرامپت پک، تمپلیت، mini-course).
روز ۲۵ تا ۲۷: قیف فروش ساده. صفحه فرود + ایمیل خوش‌آمد.
روز ۲۸ تا ۳۰: launch. حتی به لیست ۱۰۰ نفره.
هدف: اولین ۱۰۰ دلار از سیستم تا پایان ماه.

⚡ نکته حیاتی که هیچ‌جا نمی‌گن:

اگه هفته ۱ رو کامل انجام ندی، هفته ۲ ۱۰ برابر سخت‌تر می‌شه. اگه هفته ۲ رو نصفه بذاری، هفته ۳ اصلاً شروع نمی‌شه. این یک زنجیره است. نه یک checklist.

من پنج نسخه از این مسیر رو در یک سال گذشته با پنج آدم واقعی تست کردم. هر بار همون‌جا شکست خوردیم که یک هفته میانی رو نصفه گذاشتیم.
