@DJSnM Do you get some kind of sedation though, or you do it without any medication? I know someone with high pain tolerance, who did it with no medication, but he said next time he will ask for some sedation/pain relief, as it was very uncomfortable.
@shub_5@Gwydion_Wolf@elonmusk You might get cheap cooling on small units, where you can use simple systems to radiate the heat away. But using lots of cheap units will make your computer slower.
@shub_5@Gwydion_Wolf@elonmusk I agree that Starship could radically reduce launch costs. 100$/kg moving cost to replace something is still way more expensive than trucking it on earth. You need active cooling for large data centers in space as you have to move the heat to the radiators, they do so on the ISS
@shub_5@Gwydion_Wolf@elonmusk I agree with your statement on the size of radiators needed, but does it not go against the whole "it's cheaper to do it in space" concept? You get more efficient solar panels, but they are more expensive to deploy/maintain and the data centers are way more expensive to cool.
@Aella_Girl Hope you'll cheer up soon, I like your funny/thought provoking/insane posts. I don't think people who follow you see most of the posts by haters mentioning you, hence you won't get defended there. The discussion under your own posts seems way more positive maybe just focus there
@AndrewPerpetua@Robsloh@elonmusk@sikorskiradek Right now Elon is right, SpaceX has unique capabilities. Such attitude might spark competition though, it reminds me of the time Rogozin told NASA to use a trampoline to reach ISS https://t.co/1aprDjMe7R
@Tatarigami_UA Don't underestimate our government's will to force nonsensical things. If they want 35 000 US troops here it will be done, even if it means our own soldiers will have to sleep in a pigsty. I agree our military infrastructure is poor, I live in the city with our ground force HQ.
@elonmusk You can't have peace with Putin if you are weak. He has been breaking ceasefires since 2014 whenever he could get away with it. If he wins Ukrainians will live in opression, controlled by a regime that thinks their nation shouldn't exist. There's no peace in such circumstances.
