Your so called help was worth nothing if u can't even get me a refund for what I deserve. Being a prime member and trusting u guys was a mistake, I have no other option now but to escalate this matter further.

@amazonIN prime customer here. Ordered SONY ZV-E10 but received a trashed Nikon camera in the box. Reported instantly with full unboxing video & proof.
Now Amazon says no return/replacement and CS agents hung up calls. This is shocking customer service.
Plz resolve this imdtely.
