@SF_England I'm getting emails saying I have actions to complete but my application, even though it says Not Complete, says I don't have to provide any further evidence unless specifically asked for. I want to make sure it's ok to ignore the emails? I'm assuming they're automated

@SF_England Hi. I haven't sent any. I just input my details, they said it would be checked & that they will ask if they need anything additional uploaded. This is just for an application to start a BA in January which I submitted about a month or so ago.

@canva I cant find where to contact CS. Chatbot told me to speak to someone. When downloading video to my phone, it doubles the length of the video. Only does it on that one device.
