Today we advanced to the Consolation Championship, taking down the Ohio Valley Region Runners-Up (Lake Station, IN), 5-2.

Brady Weeks (2028) opened the game with a scoreless frame, setting the tone for Joaquin Acosta (2029) who spun six innings in relief. Acosta allowed just two runs on three hits, keeping the Expos at bay.

At the plate, Cash Doney (2026) went 2-for-3 with an RBI while Zephan Pierce (2026) cleared the bases with a go-ahead double in the 7th. Masson Ruiz (2027) also had a pair of hits and Eli Weeks stayed hot with a 2B.

We’ll face off with Puerto Rico again tomorrow, looking to end our season on a W!

Eli Weeks (Toledo 2026) used the big fly to extend our lead in the top of the sixth. This was Weeks’ second HR of the postseason, after he hit one in the Babe Ruth PNW Regionals as well.

Back in the win column with a 5-2 victory over Canada! 🇨🇦

Avenging our loss to them earlier this season, Kevin Hurliman (2027) spun his best performance of the summer.

Hurliman went 6.1 innings, allowing just two runs on three hits while striking out nine.

Joaquin Acosta (2029) came on in relief and got the save, punching out the final batter looking.

Eli Weeks (2026) joined Hurliman with a Player of the Game performance as well, hitting a 2-run HR in the bottom of the 6th.

Malcolm Albee (2026) and Lucas Andreasen (2026) added hits, as did Hurliman in a big win!

Joaquin Acosta (2029) gave up two earned runs in three innings of work while Ayden Hansen (2027) threw two innings with no unearned runs and Aidan Deskins (2027) added a scoreless frame.

At the plate, Malcolm Albee (2026), Eli Weeks (2026) and Nico Acosta (2027) had hits and Weeks was named the Player of the Game.

We’ll aim to bounce back tomorrow versus Chinese Taipei!

Wrapped up our final game before the World Series with a 12-9 victory over Lookouts Crimson on Thursday ⚾️‼️

Kyler Dickerson (Molalla and @BmccBaseball commit) earned the W on bump, while Cash Doney (Clatskanie), Lucas Andreasen (Clatskanie) and Finn McDonnell (Clatskanie) all had a pair of hits a piece.

Zephan Pierce (Warrenton and @Umpqua_Baseball commit) also played well, as he went 1-for-1, with a pair of walks and RBIs. Pierce’s HS teammate Ryan Palmer was 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and RBIs as well.

We’ll hit the road this weekend, making our way to Branson for the Babe Ruth World Series.
