Want to know what's in your food? Check the ingredient list!
💡#FoodIngredients are listed in order of quantity, from highest to lowest - e.g., if sugar is the first or second ingredient, it means the product is mostly made up of sugar.
There is only one way to know for sure if a product is made with whole grains: by reading the label! 🔍
Always check the list of ingredients. If the first and/or second ingredients contain the word ‘whole’ (e.g., whole wheat or whole rye), the product is likely #wholegrain.
