Elizabeth simply lead her to her plane right then, taking her up onto said building before disabling the stealth mode it was in. Allowing the famous alien-tech imbued jet to become visible before the door would -

Naturally it was quite disturbing, to see them again after quite a while. Probably leaving them both with some questions.
