Federal judges gave women sentences 29.2% shorter than men, after controlling for crime and record (U.S. Sentencing Commission, FY2017–2021).

If gender tips the scale in criminal court, what do you think happens in family court? 🤔

🔥A unanimous jury of 7 women and 6 men found Dr. David Sabatini was defamed. $6M plus interest.
👉Her counterclaims rejected. 👇🏽

It took 5 years and a 3-week trial to get his name back.

👉How many accused men lose everything and never get that day in court? 🤔

A child is born to a mother and a father, and both parents matter. Yet we don't talk enough about the injustices good fathers can face, particularly when the very system meant to protect families fails to treat them fairly. Life isn't always fair, but fairness in our courts should never depend on whether you're a mother or a father. This video is worth your time. It may challenge some assumptions and open your eyes to a side of the story we don't hear often enough.@VetFather_Bill

☠️A HALLOWEEN CAROL☠️
If I were the devil... I wouldn't have horns. 😈

🪦I'd have a gavel, a stack of ex parte orders, and a dad too broke to fight.

A Halloween Carol 🎃 Watch to the end. 👇🏽

If I were the devil, I'd build a court where the longer parents fight, the more lawyers get paid. 😈

Then I'd realize I wouldn't have to lift a finger. It's already here. 👇🏽

Happy Halloween, Dads. 🎃

@Richard80024379 Unfortunately, my sister in laws lawyer she used passed away since the case, so even if we could prove that, she can't be held accountable.

There is hope for my brother!!! Ten months into his divorce case he was falsely accused. Ten months guys. The first person accused was his older daughter, who was 7 at the time.

🔥 During an Ohio custody fight, a mom accused her ex and his wife of child sexual abuse.

A jury found it was false and convicted her. An appeals court upheld it in June, and Dad got full custody.

Share this with a dad who needs to see it. 👇🏽

This woman intentionally destroyed a man.😡😡
👉From what's been reported, an accusation that a jury later found defamatory cost him his HHMI job,
- his lab at Whitehead,
- his tenured MIT professorship and
- job offer at NYU, and
- got him barred from federal research grants for a while.
His own lawyer says he became "a complete pariah in the scientific community."

Five years of that doesn't come back with a check, even a $6M one.

@Grok made a crest for this nonprofit based on my posts.
Motto (on a scroll beneath):
