@danielbryantuk @InfoQ I believe DOES will publish them in the near future

Pressure off - just had a great talk at #DOES17 about ASOS's DevOps journey, good audience and some great questions

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

We are off to @WinOpsLDN next week. Really looking forward to this - great chance to mix with the (small) community of Windows DevOps

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Got to speak at @scrumdaylondon on Tuesday and went well. ASOS is well on its DevOps journey and great to see we are on the right track!

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Been bad at tweeting but this is worth saying - first ASOS deployment to live today using our new @teamcity and @OctopusDeploy solution..

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Enjoying the American football - Go Dolphins!! #NFLUK

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Still VPN issues and now team ones - need to make sure everyone is involved so tomorrow is focusing on that - technology is the easy bit....

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

My platform engineers are great - knocking problems away in minutes and not days, getting the right delivery ethos here at @asos

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Been poor at updating our progress - been away for a bit but now on day 20, VPN still an issuer across our cloud providers but charging on

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Check out http://t.co/sy6zd4rAWe - DevOps in the Windows space, a very rare breed of people and one we are very much part of

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

In other news - invested in a pebble time, not sure about smart watches but this is a great piece of kit

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Day 5 - we have a sql server! Steaming ahead with octopus and team city buildswhile networking is completed - feeling like we can do this..|

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Team came together in question of whether to automate central servers - nice compromise that keeps everyone happy - first victory!

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Day 2 - still more provisioning fun after issues with azure portal but everyone aware of importance so pushing where we can...

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Lesson for the day - always plan longer for dependencies and assume stuff will go wrong...

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Day 1 - disparate team working together after weeks of angst! Problems getting SQL builds done but pilot team on board - 2 weeks to pilot...

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Story so far - Done our POC and chose @teamcity and @OctopusDeploy for our pilot. Now it's with a real team, deploying real code to live...

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

V2 of ASOS's journey to continuous deployment starts tomorrow - will aim to track out journey on here (in case anyone is interested!)

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

Talked to friend yesterday on software releases - his place manages 4, was slightly aghast to hear we do 350 and I am now aiming for 1000...

[Ian Margetts @Maggot1972]

So, been working for 6 months to get to this day - approval to start a pilot on reworking CI /CD at ASOS, we start on Monday... 😄
