For those of you who missed it last night, I recently made a nifty, lightweight locally similar tiler in #pico8

It takes an input pattern and randomly generates a similar-looking output. Very useful for procedurally generated levels in games. Play around with it, it’s fun!

Here’s another #pico8 toy: qdlst(), a Quick ‘n’ Dirty Locally Similar Tiler!

The original WFC algorithm is too heavy for the likes of PICO-8, so I’ve taken a few shortcuts to make it fast and lightweight. WIP, but it’s giving good results!
