@thetrainline I had spoken to someone previously who told me we should have received a full refund not half. As you can understand it cost us double the fair just getting back with alternative transportation.
@GetYourGuide Why ask me to DM and then do nothing? For public show? Your company is using its "policies" to jump legalities. If I had purchased a jumper but left the store without it by accident, I could most definitely return to get that jumper. Supplying a service is no different.
