Moving a generation out of poverty by imparting skills that enable academic & workplace success. Over 1 million young people impacted since 1999 & counting.
From Homebound to Change-Makers!
Today, we celebrate something far bigger than empowerment. For the first time, under Magic Bus Rural Women Livelihood Programme, a collective of 51 rural women has officially become a legally registered federation: “Ullavur Rural Women Tailoring and Jute Bag Collective”.
For many of these women, this journey began with limited opportunities, restricted mobility, financial dependence, and uncertainty about the future.
Today, they stand registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, as entrepreneurs, producers, decision-makers, and changemakers.
What makes this achievement powerful is not just the registration itself, but what it represents:
✅ Collective entrepreneurship
✅ Rural women-led enterprises
✅ Sustainable livelihoods
✅ Community-led governance
✅ Dignity through economic participation
✅ Intergenerational transformation
At Magic Bus, we believe real impact happens when communities move from receiving support to owning systems and creating opportunities for others.
This federation is proof of that possibility. And, this is only the beginning...

Real change begins with people who care enough to go beyond identifying a problem and work tirelessly to solve it.
Across schools in Ajmer and Dholpur, our teams witnessed how inadequate sanitation facilities were affecting students' dignity, health, and learning, especially for adolescent girls. They responded by bringing together school leaders, communities, Panchayats, partners, and local stakeholders to create lasting solutions.
THE RESULT?
Improved sanitation infrastructure, safer learning environments, and renewed confidence for hundreds of students.
At Magic Bus, we are proud of our teams who continue to drive change where it matters most. Their commitment, persistence, and ability to mobilise communities are helping create schools where every child can learn with dignity and thrive.
Because transforming communities isn't just about building infrastructure. It's about building opportunities, one school at a time!

They asked us, “What are you going to give our school?”
The answer wasn't just trophies or equipment. It was a shift in mindset. What started as a skeptical meeting at Shriram Vidyalaya in 2023 has transformed into a village-led revolution.
Today, Navlakha Umbre isn't just a village near an industrial area; it’s a powerhouse of Kabaddi talent.
With 20+ awards and a community that has taken full ownership of the sport, building their own grounds and maintaining daily practices, the legacy of the @MDLZ Shubh Arambh Project lives on through every raid and every tackle.

This #MenstrualHygieneDay, we spotlight a reality that continues to affect millions of adolescent girls - missing classrooms, opportunities, and everyday experiences because of stigma, lack of awareness, and limited access to menstrual hygiene support.
Menstrual health is not just a health conversation. It is an education conversation. An equity conversation. A future conversation.
At Magic Bus India Foundation, through our Adolescent Life Skills Education Programme, we integrate Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education to equip adolescents with the knowledge, confidence, and safe spaces they need to understand their bodies and break harmful myths around menstruation.
Because no girl should have to choose between her period and her potential.
By enabling informed conversations and building life skills early, we can help ensure that periods never become barriers to education, self-belief, or opportunity.

At Magic Bus India Foundation, we believe that when young girls are given access, encouragement, and the right opportunities, sport becomes much more than a game.
We are proud to share that in Ludhiana, 20 young athletes qualified for the Asmita Scheme football league trials, with Vishali, Charnajeet Kaur, Harman Kaur, and Tarandeep Kaur from Govt. Girls High School Ramgarh earning selection at the national level. Additionally, 60 girls participated in the Asmita Khelo India Football League in Baddi, where 2 teams secured Winner and Runner-up positions.
What makes these achievements even more special is the inspiration they create for many more girls from communities to step forward with confidence, pursue sport fearlessly, and believe in their own potential.
These milestones reflect the power of sustained support, community belief, and the impact of Magic Bus India Foundation’s Sports for Excellence approach.

Aditya Choudhary grew up in Barotiwala, where the rhythm of life was dictated by the seasons of his father’s farm, not the whistle of a referee. In a community where football was a foreign concept, Aditya’s world was small, and his sporting horizons were even smaller.
That changed with the Shubhaarambh Program.
What started as evening kickabouts on a dusty community ground transformed into a disciplined pursuit of excellence. Under the mentorship of Coach Maninder Singh, Aditya didn’t just learn how to dribble; he learned to dream. From the trials in Kangra to the competitive pitches of Chandigarh, each match was a stepping stone out of uncertainty.
The Result? On May 1, 2026, the boy who had never seen a football was selected for the Himachal Pradesh Football League trials at the prestigious Minerva Football Academy. Aditya isn’t just playing a game anymore, he’s rewriting his future.

At Magic Bus India Foundation, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom; and it is through real-world exposure that life skills truly come alive.
As part of our Adolescent Programme, we recently facilitated an Exposure Visit for our #GirlsChampions to Lohardaga Mahila Thana. This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical understanding, empowering young girls to navigate real-life situations with confidence and awareness.
During the visit, our girls had the opportunity to engage with Binita Hembrom, Sub-Inspector and In-charge of the Mahila Thana. She led an insightful session covering key aspects of the POCSO Act, women-related cases, and essential safety measures. The interaction also shed light on the role of the Mahila Thana in providing support and protection to women and girls, reinforcing trust in institutional systems.
Through this exposure visit, our Girls Champions gained a deeper understanding of:
• Legal provisions safeguarding children and women
• Mechanisms for seeking help and reporting concerns
• Preventive measures against violence
• The critical role of law enforcement in ensuring safety
Such initiatives are integral to our approach, enabling adolescents to connect life skills education with lived realities, fostering informed, resilient, and empowered young leaders.
Join us and support this journey! Donate and empower the underserved communities today.

A Magic Bus initiative, in collaboration with @JSWFoundation under the JSW Aspire project, created a visible shift in school culture, where effort was recognised, confidence grew, and leadership naturally followed.
The shop encouraged students to earn token money by completing homework, supporting classmates, staying disciplined, and keeping their school clean.
What began as a structured reward system evolved into a practical lesson in responsibility, thoughtful decision-making, and the value of earning before spending.
