Came on a bed of pickled scallion tzatziki that made it look even more delightful. The crunch was just perfect and the salty-spicy taste went well with the sourness-creaminess of the tzatziki.

This had Quatro Formaggio, Grilled Chicken, Basil Pesto, Roasted Tomato, and Arugula on top. The pesto tasted yum and it was fun to eat all the greens with it!
