@SurgMonkhouse Spent Friday in SH (very busy) and eventually had CT which confirmed appendix - but sent home again to report back early Saturday. So in at 7.30 am and had op about 9 pm. Think all good and now just waiting for doctors rounds. 2/2

@SurgMonkhouse No Mr M - St Helier. Initially seen at Guys & St Thomas’s on Thursday, where they first suspected appendicitis but changed minds & sent me home with antacid and nausea meds. Felt worse Thursday PM so went to Epsom Gen who also didn’t think appendicitis, but referred me to SH. 1/2
