First World problem of the day: Currently unable to get through to customer support of a new broadband supplier who couldn't complete installation due to reasons beyond their control. Trying to find out why I'm being billed for a service that was never activated on an account...

Can't wrap my head around the fact that the government of a country that has granted children's clothing a 0% Vat rate refuses to agree that they should be made available as essential items... Even allowing the sale of babies clothing would be something during this time...
