In 1958, Robert Monroe accidentally discovered "how to exit his physical body."
Then he documented:
• 100+ dimensions of reality
• Contact with non-human intelligence
• The truth about death
Even CIA invested in him.
What he revealed about "consciousness travel" will shake you:

It is called 'How to Speak,' and for over 40 years, it was one of the most legendary talks at MIT.
Patrick Henry Winston, an MIT professor, had a very simple idea: the way you communicate can change your life
A risk manager at a fund I can't name just got fired for saying one sentence in a meeting. Six words:
"The bell curve is a lie"
His boss told him to leave the building. That afternoon he called me and said "watch this lecture. 72 minutes. Then you'll understand why I just lost my career"
Benoît Mandelbrot. 1963. He proved every risk model on Wall Street was built on a foundation that doesn't exist
Your model assumes prices move like a drunk man stumbling home. Small steps. Bell curve
Mandelbrot proved they move like an earthquake. Long silence. Then everything at once. A gap through your stop at 3am, 400 points below where you thought your risk ended
The "once in ten thousand years" crash happens every decade. The model that said it couldn't was broken before you were born
LTCM had two Nobel Prize winners. Trusted the bell curve. Lost $4.6 billion in four months
Lehman trusted the bell curve. Gone
Bear Stearns trusted the bell curve. Gone
The risk manager who got fired that morning had been quietly running fractal models for three years. His desk was the only one in the building that didn't blow up in March 2020
Nobody asked him how. They just asked him to leave.
You can keep trusting the bell curve. The bell curve doesn't care
He showed me what he replaced it with. I'm breaking it down next
A Stanford neuroscientist warns high cortisol wrecks memory, enlarges your fear center, and makes your brain feel broken.
If I wanted to lower it naturally, I’d do these 8 things every day:
1. Walk barefoot on grass for 5–7 minutes.
If you recognized even ONE of these patterns, your body is asking for something willpower can't give it.

All 8 point to the same root.
Your nervous system has set its cortisol baseline too high. Every "fat loss hack" fights the symptom.
You don't need 8 protocols. You need to reset the baseline.
That's what I'm teaching this Thursday — free.

5. Schedule unscheduled time.
Block 30-60 minutes daily with nothing on it. No meeting. No task. No phone.
This isn't waste — it's nervous system recovery time.
Your cortisol won't drop if you never give your system proof it's allowed to stop.
THE TIGHTER YOU GRIP, THE FURTHER IT SLIPS.
This is not a coincidence of language. It describes an actual mechanism observable in every domain of life, relationships, opportunities, even inner peace itself.
What you grasp for with desperation broadcasts its own desperation, and desperation repels the very thing it is chasing. What you hold loosely, having made peace with its possible absence, becomes far more available to you than it ever was while you were straining toward it.
The Taoist tradition built an entire philosophy around this paradox. Wu wei, action without forcing, describes a state where you stop fighting the current and simply move with what already wants to happen.
The Tao Te Ching says the softest things overcome the hardest; water, which does not grasp, wears away stone. Grasping is a kind of hardness. Detachment is the water that finds every path.
The Bhagavad Gita gives the same teaching a different name: nishkama karma, action without attachment to the fruit of action. Krishna instructs Arjuna to act fully, with complete engagement, but to release his grip on the outcome entirely. This is not indifference. It is precision, doing everything required, while no longer strangling the process with fear of failure.
Jung would call the alternative unconscious compensation, when you cling too tightly to an outcome, you are usually trying to fill an inner lack with something external, and that lack radiates outward as neediness.
What heals the lack is not obtaining the object of desire. It is becoming, internally, someone who no longer requires it to feel whole. Paradoxically, that is exactly the person things come to.
The two figures in this image spiral around a shared center of light, neither reaching for the other, both simply orbiting the same source.
Detachment is not giving up. It is finally letting the current do what your grip was preventing it from doing.
What are you gripping so tightly that it may be slipping through your fingers precisely because of the grip?

Testosterone is what keeps men alive.
But in the last 100 years, levels have dropped by 40-60%
That’s why I found 8 foods proven by science to boost it naturally: 🧵
1. Ginger
I recently read about a psychologist in 1980s who healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients.
WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THEM.
WITHOUT ENTERING THE WARD.
WITHOUT LOOKING AT THEM.
He simply sat in his office, read their files, and repeated 4 phrases over and over while staring at their photos.
That's it.
Here's an incredible story that'll make you rethink healing and consciousness.
His name was Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.
The technique he used is called Ho'oponopono.
It's a 5,000-year-old Hawaiian healing practice based on one radical premise: everything you experience is your responsibility to heal.
And, the 4 phrases he uttered weren't instructions to them.
They're instructions to himself:
• I'm sorry
• Please forgive me
• Thank you
• I love you
That's the entire protocol.
He repeated these while holding their file.
While thinking of them.
While acknowledging his role in their existence on their reality.
But how did it work?
Neuroscientists now know that holding resentment, anger, and blame literally reshapes your prefrontal cortex.
Your thoughts about someone change their neural pathways in YOUR brain.
When you release blame, you rewire yourself.
And something bizarre happens: they often change too.
Think about it this way.
You're not healing them directly.
You're healing your perception of them.
You're removing the energetic charge you've placed on their existence.
The moment you stop seeing them as guilty, dangerous, or broken, something shifts.
They sense it. They respond to it.
Dr. Len's insight was, "you can't change someone's behavior by confronting them. You change it by changing how you hold them internally."
By taking responsibility for how they show up in your reality.
By forgiving the part of yourself that attracted this person into your story.
So, the 4 phrases work because they bypass the conscious mind.
"I'm sorry" = I take responsibility for my role in this
"Forgive me" = I release the judgment I've been holding
"Thank you" = I recognize this person taught me something
"I love you" = I see their wholeness despite their actions
Repeat this 100 times a day and your nervous system reprograms.
When you genuinely forgive—not for them, but for you—something neurological shifts.
Your nervous system relaxes.
Your perception opens.
You see possibilities instead of problems.
And paradoxically, the people you forgive often transform.
Because you stopped projecting your pain onto them.
Start today.
➸ Pick one person who still has a charge for you.
➸ Repeat the 4 phrases 50 times while thinking of them.
➸ "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."
Track what happens to your nervous system. To your thoughts about them.
The deeper you go with Ho'oponopono, the more you realize: everyone who appears in your reality is a mirror.
They're showing you something unhealed in yourself. Which means healing is always possible. Because the only person you can ever truly change is you.
"Bullion traders in 100-200 sq ft shops in Chandni Chowk and Zaveri Bazaar make Rs 100-500 crore profit a year.
'That's roughly Rs 5 crore profit per square foot,' with a team of sometimes just 2-3 people.
'You don't need lakhs of capital to buy gold. Banks only ask for 9% margin money.' Rs 100 crore of gold needs just Rs 9 crore upfront.
'No separate license needed either. Just show bullion trading as your business nature in your GST registration.' You could start tomorrow."
