But no luck. Part replaced but problem remained. Service people says still working on it. It's been 2 days now. More than 20 days since I got this car only to keep going up and down from home to dealership. Defective vehicle poor service no response. Money gone No car.

@MahindraXUV700 @anandmahindra @MahindraRise I can't believe I waited 18 months for this car. It's been 20 days and still haven't had a proper ride. Took delivery on 22nd May and car was back with the dealer a week later with DEF dosing malfunction. Took them 2 days to figure out

the problem.A part needs to be replaced but the dealer does not have it. Took them 11 days to get it. All this while the vehicle is standing in my garage as a display piece. Finally they called on 12th June saying part's arrived for replacement. Sent car to the dealership on 13th

I have spoken to the service manager & the GM at the dealership and also to a customer care personnel of the company. No one cares to inform unless I call up and inquire. Hoping for matter to resolved at the earliest and getting the vehicle running.

@anandmahindra Finally got delivery of my xuv700 AX7L D after a wait of 18 months from Industrial and Farm Equipment, Guwahati on 22nd May 2023. Vehicle was back to the dealer with DEF dosing malfunction. Dashboard screen display says Vehicle will not start after few kilometers.

Why would it take so long to replace a part in a brand new car? I can understand a mechanical/electronic part getting damaged but it is only fair to expect replacement part to be readily available specially for a brand new vehicle that was just delivered.

@himantabiswa This was long overdue. Excellent decision Sir. Now the government should properly demarcat and clear encroachment from forest land. Need to increase forest cover to 40% of land area. The forests of Karbi Anglong and Dima Hasao needs urgent protection. Keep up the good work Sir.
