An example from the past illustrating how UGC rules, if implemented, can be weaponised to settle personal vendettas:

Dr. Vaibhav Jain was a meritorious student at Indore Medical College in 2012. His MBBS classmate, Neha Verma, asked him to fill the medical entrance exam form again and sit behind her sister Pooja in the exam to tell her answers and help her pass. Vaibhav refused.

Neha got angry and retaliated by creating a fake Facebook profile in his name and uploading obscene content, then implicated him under the SC/ST Act, alleging he used casteist slurs. Vaibhav spent 50 days in jail and even took his second-year exams in handcuffs. Despite completing MBBS, the case blocked his chances of a govt job.

He fought a six-year legal battle before being acquitted. But imagine the trauma, embarrassment, struggle, and stigma he and his family endured for no fault of theirs.

UGC rules add an internal, low-threshold complaint route where allegations can trigger immediate academic or administrative action without rigorous scrutiny. Along with the SC/ST Act, this can be used to escalate pressure and settle scores faster.

भारतीय अदालतों के तीन दुर्लभ किससे सुनाता हूँ

1:- तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ एकदम जेल जाने वाली थी गुजरात हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी जमानत खारिज कर दी थी। तभी दिल्ली में बैठे कपिल सिब्बल ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक जज को फोन किया और उस जज ने उन्हें फोन की सुनवाई पर अग्रिम जमानत दे दिया।

ना भूतो ना भविष्यति। भारतीय न्यायपालिका के इतिहास में आज तक किसी अभियुक्त की न फोन पर सुनवाई हुई थी ना कभी होगी

2:- याकूब मेमन के लिए रात को 2:00 बजे प्रशांत भूषण सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक जज के घर पर जाते हैं और वह जज रात को 2 बजे ही सुनवाई कर देता है और बकायदा भारत सरकार के वकील को भी रात को 2:00 बजे बुलाय��� जाता है और 4 घंटे तक सुनवाई चलती है।

3:- आज रविवार है और रविवार के दिन इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के लखनऊ बेंच ने सुओ मोटो लेते हुए लखनऊ प्रशासन को अदालत में तलब किया और बकायदा 4 घंटे बहस चली क्या दंगाइयों का पोस्टर लगाना जायज है ?

यह तीनों मामले में एक बात ��मान है कि भारत की वामपंथी न्यायपालिका सिर्फ उनके लिए ही चिंतित है जो देश विरोधी गद्दार या वामपंथी विचारधारा के हैं .. कभी कोई हिंदूवादी नेता के लिए आज तक भारत की अदालतें चिंतित नहीं हुई है .. क्या उनका कोई हक नहीं है ?? कश्मीरी पंडित अपने जमीन से खदेड़ दिए गए... हजारों कश्मीरी पंडित कश्मीर में मार दिए गए... गिरजा टिक्कू से शुरू हुआ कश्मीरी लड़कियों का बलात्कार न जाने कितनी कश्मीरी महिलाओं और लड़कियों के बलात्कार पर खत्म हुआ.. दो दशकों तक कश्मीरी पंडित दिल्ली में टेंट में रहे आज तक भारत के किसी जज ने suo-moto नहीं लिया

थूकता हूं भारत की ऐसी न्यायपालिका पर

In this podcast I make a startling but true revelation that Cong’s post-1947 Muslim appeasement policies were nothing but implementation of Part-2 of Jinnah’s 1940 Pakistan resolution in which he demanded preferential treatment for Muslims staying back in India. If GOI wants to continue reservation in India, then Reservation should be based on financial condition of families no matter what the caste.

Even after so many years of independence, one class is being turned into an object of sympathy just by calling it oppressed and crushed.

On the other hand, there's many poor families that don't have a house and lives in a cave-like huts.

But still such people have so much self respect, they are not begging for reservation in front of anyone.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व जज मार्कंडेय काटजू ने कहा कि “जजों को सुनवाई के समय भाषण या ज्ञान नहीं देना चाहिए, बल्कि कानून के मुताबिक ही फैसला करना चाहिए।” ये बयान सोशल मीडिया पर काफी वायरल हुआ। फैक्ट चेक करने पर पता चला कि यह कथन पूरी तरह सही है। काटजू ने अपने ब्लॉग और इंटरव्यू में कई बार कहा है कि भारतीय अदालतों में जज ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा बोलते हैं और असल मुद्दे से भटक जाते हैं। उनका कहना है कि ��्यायालय का काम सिर्फ न्याय करना है, न कि प्रवचन देना। उनका मानना है कि अदालत कोई क्लासरूम नहीं, जहाँ ज्ञान बांटा जाए, बल्कि कानून के दायरे में न्याय हो।

If today @ajeetbharti gets booked under the SC/ST Act just because of his Twitter post that too in Punjab ( jiska koi lena dena nahi is incident se ), then tomorrow none of us will dare to speak. This is not just about him, it’s an attack on our collective voice and freedom of speech.

I condemn the throwing of a shoe on CJI Gavai. But he invited this when while hearing a petition praying for restoration of a statue of Lord Vishnu in Khajuraho he commented " You say you are a staunch devotee of Vishnu. Go and ask the deity itself to do something. Go and pray ".
Such remarks were totally unwarranted, inappropriate, and unnecessary, having no bearing on the legal issues involved in the case. Judges should talk less in court, and not deliver sermons, homilies, and lectures.
What would happen if a Judge hearing a petition regarding demolition of a mosque said " Let Allah or Prophet Mohammed restore it ? "

आज न्यायपालिका की सड़ाँध के विरुद्ध बातें हो रही हैं, CJI भूषण रामकृष्ण गवई की दोगली नीति को लेकर चर्चा हो रही है - तो इसका पूरा श्रेय @ajeetbharti सर को जाता है।

'अदालत की अवमानना' के भय को अपने हवाई चप्पल के नीचे रखकर इस व्यक्ति ने उस विषय पर बात करना प्रारम्भ किया, जिसे छूना भी Blasphemy माना जाता था। आपको पता नहीं है कि ऐसा करके कोई कितना बड़ा ख़तरा मोल लेता है, व्यवस्था द्वारा बहिष्कृत किए जाने से लेकर गिरफ़्तारी तक की आशंका लगातार बनी रहती है। इसके बावजूद अगर कोई डटा हुआ है तो उसका हमलोग कम से कम समर्थन तो कर ही सकते हैं।

और मैं ये भी बता दूँ कि वो आज ये सब नया नहीं कर रहे हैं, उन्होंने वर्षों पहले इस विषय पर चर्चा करनी शुरू कर दी थी, तमाम विरोधों के बावजूद।

सीधी सी बात है... जब तुम मुस्लिमों की माँग पर मेहरौली स्थित आशिक अल्लाह दरगाह और बाबा फरीद के चिल्लागाह की मरम्मत के लिए ASI को निर्देश दोगे और हिन्दू माँग करेंगे कि मुगलों द्वारा खंडित की गई प्रतिमा की मरम्मत की जाए तब तुम देवी-देवताओं का मज़ाक बनाओगे - ये नहीं चलेगा। क्या दरगाह की मरम्मत की माँग लेकर आए लोगों से कहा कुछ ऐसा? नहीं न? क्यों नहीं, क्योंकि 'सर तन से जुदा' गिरोह का भय है तुम्हें। तो अब हिन्दुओं से भी डरना पड़ेगा।
