Indiana making a very serious play to woo the Bears to Hammond. Committee passed bill to pave the way for a new stadium at the Wolf Lake location. Bears to commit $2 billion to the project.
Breaking: Former IL Sheriff Deputy Sean Grayson is sentenced to 20 years in prison for the killing of Sonya Massey in July 2024.
The Massey family erupted in tears & joy as the sentencing was read. Handful of emotional Grayson family in court as well.

Sonya’s children & parents spoke during hearing, discussing permanent harm done to family.
Grayson addressed court with emotion: “There are no words I can say to take back what the family is feeling. I understand why they are angry. I just hope one day they can be forgiving.”
The bidding war is ramping up for the Chicago Bears’ future home.
Two Indiana lawmakers have officially proposed Senate Bill 27, which would create a Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority. That sets the framework for a possible move while discussions continue.
