This year, the selection process for my mentorship cohort will be slightly different. I’m considering 46 mentees in total.

40 mentees will be selected through a pitch process, either by pitching on X space or submitting a video, and then progressing to an interview stage. I will not be involved in the selection process.

I will personally select 2 mentees at CyBlack Conference in Preston. They must be beginners in Cybersecurity, and I will conduct a short interview to ensure they are a good fit for my mentorship.

I will also select 2 mentees at the Elevatech Summit in London, again focusing on Cybersecurity beginners, with interviews to confirm suitability.

The final 2 mentees will be selected as the spirit leads ✨
