Our buildings are designed to trap heat as we are used for colder climates.

It IS an issue. We ACKNOWLEDGE that we really do. But don’t think we can just fix this in a year!

It’s more expensive and complicated than you think.

Also, humidity is a big part of the issue

There is also a great deal of buildings that still have asbestos in the walls. Meaning we can’t just drill into the walls to place ac units without expensive services to clean the asbestos before the ac can even be placed.

Ours were broken last year (literal hole in the wall) and fireworks got in and caused a fire. Leave a phone number with family or neighbors just in case

For those who set off fireworks. Please be mindful of passersby and buildings.

Never been a fireworks lover and after last new years I never will never truly like it again.

Just dropping this hoping people that should see it will.

His voice embodies the gentle, warm care Welt has for the crew so perfectly.
