Im going to be woke and say BOTH THINGS ARE NORMAL and there IS cartoons that talk about It. When I was at my 12's I watched Ask Lara and It was very important and I think every parent should show their kids about this show. It normalized periods, having your first crush, having an erection, your first party all shii teens go through. Very healthy, very smooth, you cand find on youtube. They should create an "ask lara" 2.0 or something for the new gens
