Complaint raised on 7 Nov for a faulty TV under extended warranty. Even after nodal escalation, there is no visit, no repair, only fake “priority” replies.
This level of service is unacceptable for a Tata brand. Deeply disappointed.

@cromaretail Dear Shri, I don't know what to say. Really frustrated seeing your same message again and again. Please ask your team to call me. Croma is such a big loser in this competitive market. You guys can't understand the pain of customers.

@cromaretail Extremely disappointing service. I’ve been following up for TV repair for 2 months, yet the only response I get is ‘We will provide the update soon.’ Please clearly state whether the TV will be repaired or replaced.
