That’s why Maindee Pantry started out in 2022 to share surplus food with the community for free whenever they might need it.

With limited social housing, run-down houses, and tenant exploitation, Maindee is just one example of the wider housing crisis in the UK🏡

With the Renting Homes Act coming into force, there’s hopes that the situation will improve for many.
