@AmazonHelp need help. Amazon account specialists closed my account saying @Amex reported my charges as fraud, which they did not do. @amazon treating me like a criminal.

@AmazonHelp Yes, received emails. They are wrong. Charges are not fraud. I have valid cc on file. No one will speak to me and I cannot file a complaint. Can’t access Prime, TV, Music or Alexa. Not my fault and I am not in arrears. Terrible treatment by Amazon.

@FedExHelp Tracking 778711891710. Package was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. Now Monday and Fedex said it was put on the wrong truck and should now be considered lost. Absolutely the worst excuse ever. Clearly it was put on some truck so who was driving? Terrible
