@INRIXtrafficSCT @trafficscotland No: we were advised to take a detour at about 09:50. Apparently they are waiting for retrieval from Elgin(!).
I was told the heavily laden lorry had tried to make it up the hill then slipped back some distance blocking both lanes. Still blocked.
