@spikeymikeyYT I used to love messing with music. I used FL Studio. I really reccomend getting a virtual synth called Nexus. It has all kinds of easy to use preset instruments to jam with. I used a $70 2 octave keyboard midi controller but you can place notes with a mouse and keyboard.
