आरक्षण व्यवस्था में सुधार होना चाहिए और सबको इस विषय पर विचार रखना चाहिए sc/st आरक्षण और ओबीसी आरक्षण दोनों अलग अलग आरक्षण है ये बात हम सबको समझना होगा ओबीसी आरक्षण प्रतिनिधित्व के लिये दिया गया छुट है और sc/st आरक्षण ��ोषित वंचित लोगों को मुख्यधारा में लाने के लिये दिया गया था अब मुख्य बिंदु ओबीसी आरक्षण में जो भी जाति अपना प्रतिनिधित्व प्राप्त कर चुके है तत्काल प्रभाव से उन जातियों को ओबीसी आरक्षण से हटाने की आवश्यकता है ताकि जो जातियां अभी तक अपने अधिकारों से वंचित रह गए हैं उन्हें उसका लाभ मिलना चाहिए अब sc/st आरक्षण जो व्यक्ति एक बार आरक्षण का लाभ ले चुके है उनको शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में और राजनीति में दुबा���ा आरक्षण नहीं मिलना चाहिए ताकि हमारे जो भी शोषित भाई मुख्यधारा से वंचित रह गए हैं उनको भी इसका लाभ मिलाना चाहिए बांकी मैथिल ब्राह्मण किसी भी प्रकार के आरक्षण का विरोधी नहीं हैं परंतु इसके दुरुपयोग के पक्ष में भी नहीं है

Cutoffs should be equal for all candidates. If an SC student is claiming a seat, they must meet the same cutoff (e.g., 90%) as general candidates. No equal score, no seat , reservation should not mean lowering the passing standards.
