@AirbnbHelp The “super host” is completely ignoring us. Now they are like sorry we can’t help you because the host have lost clients “in the 4 minutes that we reserved and canceled” like seriously!!!!! Then they offered us to refund only 200 USD out of the 820 USD that we paid!!

@AirbnbHelp 4 mins later he realized his mistake and canceled the reservation but didn’t receive any email confirmation. Worst, he picked the non refund option. We tried reaching out to Airbnb to explain but with success they keep telling us that it’s in the hand of the host! >

@AirbnbHelp Very disappointed with the way Airbnb handled my issue. We were looking for a place in Bali. Looked at many options but my brother made a mistake. He made a reservation at a place which didn’t not suit our needs as we need 3 bedroom instead this place was 2 bedrooms >

@PicturesFoIder The one thing I really hated when I visited the US was the tipping culture, To me I'm already paying for the food and service, WHY do I need to pay more !! The same is now started to happen in the UK as well and they even confront you if you don't tip and ask you for the reason !
