Introducing Daylight Financial (DAYFI): The blockchain-based system that creates financial tools to support renewable energy projects by @daylightenergy

DAYFI enables the tokenization of electricity revenues into a yield-bearing asset for the first time.

CORE DAYFI PRODUCT
💰GRID: A fully collateralized (US Treasuries + cash equivalents) token extension on M0's $M stack. No yield, uncapped supply, designed to stay pegged at $1
🤑sGRID: The yieldcoin that earns Treasury yield + actual energy revenues from decentralized infrastructure. Supply is capped and will scale with ecosystem growth.

1. Pre-Deposit Vault (tentative launch Dec 16, 2025)
- Built on Upshift infrastructure, curated by K3 Capital.
- Hard cap $50M (some flexibility upward).
- Deposit asset: USDT on Ethereum Mainnet.
- Converted to GRID when GRID Games start
- Two (2) month lockup. First-come, first-served
- Vault opens simultaneously for everyone.

2. GRID Games (tentative launch Jan 6, 2026)
This is basically an incentive program to scale TVL. Pre-deposit vault auto-converts into the GRID Games AutoVault at mainnet beta.

Core Game Mechanics:
⏭️ Earn Points via Merkl that determine your allocation in DayFi’s future token sale (percentage of token supply reserved for participants, with better pricing for higher commitment).
⏭️ Token sale will be compliant; eligibility required at time of sale.

Points system (subject to change)
⚡️ Base: GRID = 1×, sGRID = 3×
⚡️ Strategy multipliers (Pendle YTs, DEX LP, etc.)
⚡️ GRID points degrade 3% per day if protocol stake rate <25% (recovers if stake rate rises again)
⚡️Time-in-protocol boost: Starts at 3× on day 1, decreases ~3% daily → floors at 1× (rewards early + loyal depositors most)
⚡️Referrals: 10% of referee’s points
