@bhogleharsha A person must be selected basis whats international requirements. Today you need a maverick keeper who is a maverick batter too. Sanga MSD Gilly have forever changed the needs and dats the new yardstick. Nothing else matters really. KSB keeping was poor too neway

A simple metric for selection in an international side should be that will the player make it to the 10th rank test team? If the answer is no shouldn't ne playing for India. There r many better keeper avable

@KP24 T20 does not have that kind of lifespan. What is needed is to find a balance to play all three formats in amicable measure. That is what is tricky. I understand, but a solution must be found. Must not provoke one format over another. 50 over cricket is great too for example.

@KP24 I do enjoy most of your thoughts and the way you played. But sometimes you go radical just for the sake of it. I think Eion Morgan and Baz M provide more sound futuristic and entertaining approaches. One must understand cricket has lasted over 100 years as professional sport.
