“The second fabricated Toshakhana case is being hurriedly pushed through in court. Only a few weeks ago, the testimony of the prosecution’s primary witness was exposed as false before the court. Thereafter, my former Military Secretary Brigadier Ahmed and Deputy Military Secretary Colonel Rehan also confirmed that all documentation of gifts was completed strictly in accordance with the rules. All lawyers agree that this case should have been dismissed at the outset by the judge. Despite this, a maliciously motivated and fabricated case continues to be carried forward.

Similarly, another fabricated case against me, the so-called “Cipher Case” - which is the most expensive case in Pakistan’s history, on which tens of millions of the people’s money from the national exchequer has been wasted - proved so weak before the High Court that it should not have survived at the trial court in the first place.

A third major case was manufactured about the Al-Qadir University Trust. Al-Qadir is a welfare-oriented educational institution whose objective is to provide both scientific and religious education to the youth. It was established a year before the funds sanctioned by the Supreme Court were remitted. Yet, by raising absurd questions against a charitable institution, a baseless case was fabricated which had already been dismissed at the trial court stage. Since January, we have been seeking a hearing date in the Islamabad High Court, and now, after ten months, the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Justice Dogar, has scheduled it to be heard on the 16th of October (2025).

The undue haste being shown by Judge Arjumand in the Toshakhana-II case has an underlying motive: to deliver a conviction in this case, so that even if bail is granted in the Al-Qadir case, it would not be possible for me to be released. It is noteworthy that in the past twelve years, three Toshakhana-related cases have all been before this same judge. By law, vehicles cannot be taken from the Toshakhana, yet Nawaz Sharif unlawfully took a bulletproof Mercedes, Asif Zardari illegally extracted three vehicles, and Maryam Nawaz, after unlawfully acquiring a vehicle, neither declared it nor showed it in her tax returns. All of this is on record with irrefutable evidence, yet their cases are not being taken up at all, while a selective and baseless trial against me for lawfully acquired gifts is being fast-tracked.

In the Al-Qadir Trust case, since Zulfi Bukhari persistently refused to give false testimony against me, his property in Pakistan is now being auctioned, due to political vendetta. This is the worst example of political victimization. This lawlessness is what I call “Asim Law”. Decisions in the country today are dictated by whether one is aligned with or opposed to “Asim Law”.

If you stand with Asim Law, miracles can take place. No matter how massive your wheat scandal may be, no one questions you. If you illegally obtain cars from Toshakhana, no case is filed against you. Whether it is the sugar mafia or the land mafia, as long as you are under the umbrella of Asim Law, you remain untouchable. But if you stand against Asim Law, then fabricated cases are concocted against you, you are thrown into prison, and you and your family are subjected to every conceivable form of injustice unprecedented in this nation’s history.

I wish to convey this message to my Pakistanis: the very foundations of moral and judicial values in Pakistan have been torn apart. If you do not rise today for your rights and for the rule of law, the times ahead will be catastrophic. Injustice and fascism will further devastate the economy. In the past three years alone, more than three million Pakistanis have left the country. The policies of the incompetent and fraudulent government have inflicted irreparable damage upon the economy: textile mills are shutting down exports, and the poor masses are rapidly falling below the poverty line.

Chairman Imran Khan has been and will always remain an advocate for the Palestinian cause. He has consistently maintained his stance that oppression, occupation, and peace cannot go hand in hand.
From the first Nakba in 1948, to inhumane treatment and the siege of Gaza, Palestinians have stood alone fighting for their right to peaceful existence.
International community must intervene to stop the escalation to avoid further loss of precious lives. "There is absolutely no question of bowing down, even if I have to spend my entire life in prison. I convey this same message to the people of Pakistan: under no circumstances should you submit to this tyrannical system.

The time for negotiations has passed. What remains now is the time for the nation to rise in protest.

Hardships inflicted upon me in jail have intensified in recent days. The same is true for my wife, Bushra Bibi, who is also facing increasing restrictions. The television in her cell has been shut down. All fundamental human rights and basic prisoner entitlements, both mine and hers, have been suspended. This must be accounted for.

I am fully aware that a certain Colonel and Jail Superintendent Anjum are carrying out these actions at the behest of Asim Munir.

I issue a clear directive to my party: if any harm comes to me while I remain imprisoned, Asim Munir must be held accountable.

Bushra Bibi is being subjected to this cruelty because, during my tenure, after Asim Munir was removed from his position, he sent her a message through Zulfi Bukhari requesting a meeting, which she categorically declined. Since then, he has targeted her with continuous retribution. From day one, it has been his deliberate strategy to break my will by tormenting her.

In the very jail where I am being held under inhumane conditions, terrorists and known murderers of hundreds of Pakistanis enjoy better treatment. A military officer named Rizwan is being held in the lap of luxury, while every form of cruelty is inflicted upon me. No matter what they do, I did not bow before this oppression before, nor will I do so now.

Under the oppressive watch of Maryam Nawaz and Mohsin Naqvi in Punjab, fascism has taken root for the past two years, extinguishing democracy and crushing all political activity.The arrival of elected representatives in Punjab in the form of a political caravan, in such an environment is a welcome development.

At this time, many, including myself, are enduring some of the harshest imprisonments. Therefore, I direct every member of the party to put aside all personal grievances. Publicly airing internal matters or individual concerns before the media is entirely unacceptable. My instruction is firm: whether a senior officeholder or a junior member, no one is to express internal differences on social media, electronic media, print media, or any other platform. Focus exclusively on the protest movement so that fundamental human rights are restored in Pakistan. If any party official fails to participate in this movement, I will make the final decision about them myself, even from within jail.

I instruct all party members and office-bearers to personally retweet my messages on Twitter (now X), and ensure they are shared as extensively as possible.

The party should decide on nominations for the Senate tickets through mutual consultation."

اعجاز چودھری سینٹ آف پاکستان کے رکن ہیں جنہیں محض جھوٹے الزامات کی آڑ میں 78 روز سے قید میں ڈال رکھا ہے۔

پہلے انہیں اٹھایا گیا، پھر ایم پی او کے تحت اڈیالہ جیل منتقل کیا گیا اور اس کے بعد دہشت گردی کے کئی مقدمات ان کے سر تھونپ دیے گئے۔

70 برس کی عمر میں (دل، ذیابیطس اور آرتھرائٹس جیسے عارضوں میں مبتلا ہونے کے باوجود) انہیں اس شدید گرم موسم میں نہایت غیرانسانی اور غیر صحت بخش حالات میں جیل کے سی کلاس حصے میں قید کیا گیا ہے جہاں ان کی صحت میں پہلے سے بھی سنگین نوعیّت کا بگاڑ پیدا ہوا ہے۔

وہ قید میں ہی تھے کہ ان کے گھر میں توڑ پھوڑ کی گئی، ان کے اہلِ خانہ کو اٹھا لیا گیا، انہیں ہراساں ک��ا گیا اور ان سے مار پیٹ کی گئی۔

اس ساری وحشت و بربریت کی واحد وجہ یہ ہے کہ وہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف سے علیحدگی اختیار کرنے سے مسلسل انکاری ہیں۔

سرگودھا کی 14 سالہ غریب بچی کے ساتھ اسلام آباد کے سول جج کی اہلیہ نے ظلم کی انتہا کردی

سرگودھا کے چک 88 شمالی کی انتہائی غریب فیملی سے تعلق رکھنے والی بچہ رضوانہ کو اسکے والدین نے ایک ایجنٹ مختار کے زریعے اسلام آباد کے جوڈیشل آفیسر کے گھر ملازمت پر رکھوایا تھا

طاقت کے نشے میں بدمست اسلام آباد کے سول جج عاصم حفیظ کی بیوی نے گھریلو ملازمہ بچی پر زیورات چوری کا الزام لگا کر اتنا شدید تشدد کیا کہ بچی کی حالت غیر ہو گئی۔

بچی کی حالت غیر ہونے پر والدین کو بلا کر بہانا بنا کر بچی انکے حوالے کر دی گئی

ہسپتال ذرائع کے مطابق بچی کے سر چہرے اور جسم پر ہولناک تشدد کے نشانات پائے گئے ہیں

ڈاکٹرز کے مطابق بچی کی دونوں ٹانگیں اور بازو ٹوٹے ہوئے ہیں جبکہ جج صاحب نے واقعے سے لاعلمی کا اظہار کر دیا ہے

آپ سب سے گزارش ہے کہ اس واقعے پر سخت ترین احتجاج کریں اور جج صاحب کی بیوی کے خلاف سخت ترین قانونی کارروائی کا مطالبہ کریں۔

سرگودھا والو اپنے حق کیلئے بولنا سیکھو ۔۔ ڈر ختم کر دو۔
جج کو قانونی کی حکمرانی قائم کرنے کی تنخواہ عوام کے پیسوں سے ملتی ہے ۔۔ اسے یا اسکے گھر والوں کو غنڈہ گردی کا کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔
