If Clarence Thomas could rip off his Black skin and still be a functional living being, he would do it. That man hates his Blackness in a way that is pathological and disdainful in the most destructive way. I know Thurgood Marshall is rolling in his grave. My god.
my ultimate delusion is that i will win. not maybe, not someday, not if things go right. i will win, it’s a certainty. and there’s nothing in this world strong enough to convince me otherwise.
Not to sound delusional, but please pray for grace. Life isn't really about hard work. It's more about alignment, meeting the right people, grace, mercy, and favour.
You know what one of my favorite black experiences is? When you put too much lotion on your hand and just reach out to the closest black person and they just know to take the excess.
