To coincide with the #A250, Microsoft unveiled an AI experience that lets visitors have a conversation with U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt at the new @TRPresLibrary. And who better to put our avatar to the test than American historian @DorisKGoodwin?

The result was a conversation across time. What the bill actually does:

Removes regulatory red tape to enable more housing to be built faster. Caps the number of single-family homes institutional investors can purchase at 350. Opens pathways back to homeownership for first-time buyers who have been priced out.

Trump is scheduled to sign it at the Capitol on Wednesday.
