BR Pre-Schoolers have had a fun filled day with Space activities!
We have been talking about the different planets in detail, completing a floor puzzle and making our own planets with paint and cling film! 🌑🌌🌃

This week at Pre-School, we are starting our new topic of SPACE.
We have been exploring moon sand this morning, talking about the texture and exploring and mixing the colours.

The Pre-Schoolers have enjoyed helping by collecting the animals ready to use. We will be carrying out activities such as: 'Let's hide', 'Where do I live?' 'Guess who' and 'Telling a story'.

It is Safari week here at Pre-School 🐯🐘
They have enjoyed making Giraffe's, Lions, Snakes and Elephants and helping with our display board. We have also been reading books about Safari animals and getting to know a bit more about them. We have enjoyed playing 'Move like a lion.

Yesterday at Pre-School, our children enjoyed learning Italian with Luana. They explored colours and animals! This afternoon, they are enjoying reading a Spanish book and learning lots of different words!

Our Pre-schoolers came in this morning to a huge mess made by a cheeky someone. We all left our room to decorate the Christmas tree and when we came back Edward the Elf appeared with a huge letter from Santa 🎅

Today BR toddlers and babies have been busy making some cakes, ready to make for pudding later.

Pre-school have been out in the eco-hub this morning. We have been talking about the life cycle of a butterfly, listening to the sea through the shells and investigating!

MM Hursley have been mark making using different coloured sand. We have been talking about what would happen if you mixed each colour together 🌈

MM Hursley have been on an adventure this morning. We walked through the woods to collect leaves and sticks and we even saw some cows in the filed. They enjoyed talking about the wildlife and pointed out a home for owls and squirrells! 🍁🌲

Our Pre-Schoolers have been celebrating by making their own fireworks this afternoon to take home, yummy!!

Closing date for shoe boxes is the 18th November so you still have plenty of time to get packing!
