@EricEdmeades@TRFletcher@WallStreetSilv Costco Tuna here I come! I’m assuming protein + high fiber carbs is a good combo (broccoli, cauliflower, etc). What do you use as a metric for quantity? Simply satiety? Or do you have a goal amount in mind?
@EricEdmeades@TRFletcher@WallStreetSilv I got all the understanding… I’m all in… I’m looking for the practical application of the knowledge… as of now I’m at 151g each of protein & carbs, and 58g for fat. That puts my at 1730 for calories, which, I’m assuming is low. Thoughts on application?
@EricEdmeades@TRFletcher@WallStreetSilv How much of a surplus are you suggesting for the protein/fat surplus? Let’s just use a guy who’s currently 200lbs, but wants to be back down to the 180-185 range… you know, just for example’s sake ;)
