Correct.
Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.
End of story.
When IGLing, I think of teammates as little cartoon henchmen. Give a command and they’re like “got it boss” and then fuck it up immediately in the most hilarious way
Sunrise at Starbase. Opportunistic full stack testing is planned ahead of Flight 14's launch, which is on track for Monday, Sept. 28, pending regulatory approval
BREAKING: A federal judge has cleared the way for SpaceX $SPCX to acquire more than 700 acres of federal wildlife refuge next to its Starbase operations in South Texas.
The court rejected an effort to temporarily block the land swap, under which SpaceX will trade 683 acres of privately owned property for federal land inside the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge.
The judge said opponents had not shown sufficient evidence of environmental harm to justify an injunction and noted that delaying the transaction could interfere with SpaceX’s operational milestones.
Environmental and Indigenous groups are continuing their lawsuit, so the broader legal challenge is not over.
The ruling removes an immediate obstacle to SpaceX expanding the physical footprint around Starbase.
@cremieuxrecueil I guess because it’s from Sun Pharma. Lab compounded I can get one with batch numbers for like barely north of a buck an IU and just have to pay for a lab test. Anywho I got him to come down to $2.5/IU which is more palatable.
