I've called three times over the span of a week and had multiple customer service reps LIE to me about repairing my line, until finally the POLICE came knocking on my door this morning because of the damaged phone line...

@Windstream the last rep said a manager would be contacting me by 10am EST today at the latest to discuss this. It is 9:29am EST right now. Not much time left before formal consumer complaints become the remedy... Remember you had every chance to fix this. #consumergrievances

@Windstream This time, I am going to escalate until I get satisfaction. You need to refund my money. The BBB and Attorney General will be involved. How far does this need to go before you do the right thing? It isn't any good if someone has to MAKE you do it. #consumergrievances

@KatiePhang This is why I always taught my son that by the time he's caught, it is too late for remorse, because the person who confronted you already knows you're only sorry that you got caught! Truly remorseful people turn themselves in.
