then a change to the loot tables. change the way supply and demand works and that will fix the rest of the issues with the flee market.

item spawns in this game are broken. I shouldn't be able to know the right spots to scav run and get 500-900k from one run. 2 scav runs can fully pay for meta gear and the only level requirement is level 10. that's wrong imo.
