@KotakBankLtd My brother’s account has a lien showing since December 2024 in mobile banking even though the payment has already been cleared. We have also received the official lien-clearance letter, but the lien is still reflecting in the app.

One thing is promised at the time of joining, something else is added in billing.
In a 6-month membership, I couldn’t even attend the gym properly for 30 days.
