When you’re destined to be a star you have to get used to ppl being obsessed with you, overstepping your boundaries, copying you or just being completely enamored with the trajectory of your life. It’s not okay it just is what it is. It comes with the territory.
The most overused, oddly glorified, yet under-respected topic on the internet:
Childhood Trauma.
It’s why your dad won’t cry, your relationships don’t stick, and why you feel exhausted every morning.
Here’s what trauma is—and how to reverse its effects (backed by science): 🧵
That moment you realize you do not have to force a thing in this life. Not a friendship, not a relationship, not even a conversation. Forcing only leads to suffering and destruction. Creator wants us to relax into our experiences. If it doesn’t flow like the waters, let it be.
When you notice people taking you for granted, fall back. Preserve it for the ones who reciprocate the same energy you give. The days of overgiving or overcompensating your love & energy are done with. Find your tribe & thrive!🫂✨
I'm really soooooo good on my new-friend-hunt right now. I can't keep having these weird ass experiences with weird ass people. Please leave me alone. I don't wanna be y'all friend no mo. 😂
If your role is one who shifts generational trauma and suffering in your lineage, you’ll have to learn to release the savior complex. As much as we’d love to see our family heal, it’s not our destiny to “fix” anyone unwilling to do their own work. Mind your own purpose.
