A hatrick from Cooper completed with a lovely penalty in the dying minutes. Both Krypners, Douglas & birthday boy Bailey on the scoresheet to make it 5 games without defeat.

Tap in for Brandon Krypner inside 5 minutes, Bailey missed a penalty on the half hour mark before Kieran Krypner rifled one in from 25 yards just before the break.

@Gedpower This situation is different to the clubs who are trying their best to get 2 sides out each weekend. DAFC have played in the wrong league for 3 seasons, could have won the league, didn’t, so now they’ve spat their dummy for the last game after we rallied round for a side. Sad.

Due to Douglas Athletic not being able to field a team today our Combi’s final game of the season has been awarded to us as a walkover.

Penultimate game for the Combi ends in a 3-1 defeat to RYCOB as the northerners killed the game off with two goals towards the end in a real even contest.

A superb curled effort from Thirlwell with our goal!

Back to winning ways at home this evening with a 3-2 win over Royals.

Brandon Krypner with a curled effort from the edge of the box, Kieran Krypner with a great header and a hell of an own goal in the first half got the points.

A 4-4 draw at Royals today for a severely depleted squad with no fewer than 7 regulars away or injured.

Douglas, Egan, Cooper & Pate with the goals however the biggest talking point was the two penalties we didn’t get for handball.

The teams meet again Tuesday!
